Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What you buy

Diviplace is a subscription to online software. Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing period you choose (monthly or annual), per seat (each member of the workspace), in the currency of the billing country you choose at checkout: euro (EUR) for Europe, Indian rupees (INR) for India, and US dollars (USD) for every other country. Today card and mandate payments are open in INR; for EUR and USD, until card payments open, a workspace can use Pro free or pay yearly by bank transfer. Prices are on the Pricing page.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Subscriptions page, or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your workspace stays available until the end of the period you already paid for. You can download your data (CSV exports) before then.

3. Refunds

Monthly plans: cancel any time; you keep access to the end of the month you paid for. There are no refunds for a partly used month.
Annual plans: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first annual payment. After 14 days there is no refund; you keep access to the end of the paid year.

A refund we approve is issued at once to the original payment method through our payment processor (Razorpay); how soon it shows on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank. Charges made in error (a double charge, a charge after cancellation) are always refunded in full.

4. Plan changes and the founding offer

A change of plan or billing interval takes effect at your next renewal, at the price shown before you confirm. Nothing is refunded or charged for the rest of the current period.
The founding offer (the first 50 workspaces paying yearly keep their per-seat price for 2 years) ends if the subscription is cancelled or lapses; a refund on a yearly plan also ends it.
A yearly plan paid by bank transfer is refunded by bank transfer, on the same rules as above.

5. How to ask

Email [email protected] with your workspace name and the payment reference. We reply within 1 business day.
